Welcome to our Amazing Moms Monday series! Motherhood comes in all shapes and sizes.  Mothers come from varying different backgrounds, each with their own unique story.

Mom’s have one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world!  Too often, we lose sight of what is most important and focus on what we feel are failures.  So to change that narrative, we will be featuring an Amazing Mom every Monday to inspire us all to make a change!

The Mom Kind is proud to partner with the #WeLoveMoms movement to celebrate these amazing parent role models!  These moms are making a difference in their communities and offer some real world inspiration.

Featuring: Briana Marie

About Briana:

Briana is an amazing mom to two beautiful children.   She is the blogger behind Major League Mommy, where she provides resources to help make the parenthood ride run a little bit smoother.  Briana earned her BA in Communication and worked in the community with other young parents to help them through the trials of being a parent.

Briana enjoys doing yoga, reading, writing, acting, singing, and public speaking.  She also loves to sew, cook, travel and volunteer for charity events!

When my five-yea- old asked me to help her live out one of her dreams, to start her own business designing candy bouquets. When she was just three years old, we walked into the grocery store and she saw these really cool candy bouquets.  She thought they were so cool and told me she could make some that were even better.

 

A year later, around the holidays, she mentioned the bouquets again and said she wanted to make some to sell so she could have her own money for her gift shopping.  She officially launched “AlKandi Bouquets” in the summer of 2016! – Brian Marie
