Why I chose Always Eat After 7 PM

When it comes to choosing a diet, there are so many ones available. So much so, that it’s hard to know which one to pick. Many promise weight loss, but very few promote creating a healthy routine you can stick with long term. Always Eat After 7pm does just that and encourages you to keep snacking on the foods you love, I was more than intrigued!

While I have gained a few extra pounds over these last several months, my goals for choosing this three-phase plan had more to do with health reasons. I have my fair share of health problems. One thing that my doctors recommend is for me to be more active to help relieve the symptoms that go along diagnosis.

While that is great, it’s hard to get out and exercise when you have no energy. I never seem to get into a deep sleep nor have the proper amount of energy during the day. And let’s face it, being a busy mom of four, I need all the energy I can get!

Is Skipping Breakfast Bad?

One of the first key things that really struck home for me was the debunking of a belief we have all heard. Always Eat After 7PM jumps right in to prove some major diet myths wrong. Check out this snippet from the author about breakfast:

“Those who ate breakfast ended up eating about 260 calories more a day, the review found. Those who skipped breakfast were about one pound lighter than those who ate breakfast. These findings led the researchers to conclude that eating breakfast isn’t necessarily a good strategy for losing weight. The science isn’t really there. Breakfast could very well be the least important meal of the day.”

Goal to be Healthier

With recent issues revolving around my health, I want to get healthier overall. One of my biggest food addictions is soda. It’s unhealthy on so many levels, I know, but I’ve just I have struggled to let it go. Water is healthier for you, but I have not found a good replacement for soda until one recipe in the book stuck out to me.

The recipe for Mint Citrus Water in Always Eat After 7 PM for the 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Ritual is now my go-to morning drink. Not only does it taste crisp as my sodas did, but it also provides some pretty impressive health perks.
