So, you should try to get some sleep every chance you get! Try to get some sleep when your baby is sleeping; when your partner is handling things, try to get some sleep. Set out some time with your partner or co-parent for you both to treat yourself. Speak with your partner or co-parent, then arrange times for one of you to go ‘off-the-clock’ for a while for a bit of alone time. Then during that alone time, treat yourself, take that long bath you’ve been longing for, crack on with that book that’s been gathering dust on your bedside table, or do nothing.
