Our family has a resolution this year of making better choices with our health. While we love our vegetables and family dinners, we often replace meals with fast food on busy nights and don’t always get the exercise we need! That is why we are starting off 2020 by making better choices and some healthy favorites.
One of the biggest ways I am working towards this goal for our family is by preparing meals that benefit everyone.
