Once of my favorite and simplest recipes is Italian beef. Even more so, the slow cooker version of Italian beef! It is such an easy meal and its goes great with so many sides! If you don’t have a slow cooker yet, you need to go get one asap! A slow cooker is a mom’s best friend! I now own two 6 qt slow cookers with programmable timers and they are absolutely amazing!
Seriously, you set the temperature to low or high for however many hours that the recipe calls for. When the timer goes off, it automatically switches over to warm and hold it’s at serving temp until you are read to eat! Whether you are a working mom or stay at home, this is perfect because we all are busy!
Slow Cooker Italian Beef Recipe
Ingredients you will need :
- 2 lbs beef
- 1 jar sliced pepperoncinis
- 1 packet Italian seasoning (use half for less spicy flavor)
- 5-6 cubes beef bullion
Directions:
This Recipe couldn’t get any easier. Place all your ingredients into your slow cooker. If your family prefers thing without too much spice, use only half of the pack of Italian seasoning or only half the pepperoncinis. The full ingredients will give it quiet a kick. Turn your slow cooker on low for six to eight hours. This is one of those recipes that if you let it sit longer, the flavor will get richer. Serve hot with bread or noodles, with a nice fresh salad on the side!
