Directions for Classic Deviled Eggs

Cut the 12 eggs in half, long way.  Take the yolks out and place in mixing bowl.  Add in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, & salt & pepper (to taste).  Mix together while mashing the yolks to become a somewhat smooth mixture.  Spoon mixture back into eggs, equaling about double original yolk contents per half.  Lightly sprinkle paprika over eggs.  Chill for 20 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
