Nothing remind me more of family get together’s than food. One of the classic dishes that I remember at most events, are deviled eggs. Such a simple dish, but packed full of flavor. This is one of those dishes that can be multiplied for family gatherings, or reduced for a nice family dinner.

Classic Deviled Eggs Recipes

What You Need:

  • 12 Hard boiled eggs (click the link for an easy recipe)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet relish
  • salt & pepper
  • paprika

Directions for Classic Deviled Eggs

Cut the 12 eggs in half, long way. Take the yolks out and place in mixing bowl. Add in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, & salt & pepper (to taste). Mix together while mashing the yolks to become a somewhat smooth mixture. Spoon mixture back into eggs, equaling about double original yolk contents per half. Lightly sprinkle paprika over eggs. Chill for 20 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
